Every order is processed with care to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of purity and authenticity.
As we deal in natural and consumable products, our refund and return policy is designed to maintain product safety, quality control, and compliance with international trade regulations.
1. General Policy
1.1. All sales are considered final once dispatched, except in cases where the product is damaged, defective, or does not match the order.
1.2. Returns are not accepted for opened, used, or tampered products due to health, hygiene, and safety reasons.
1.3. Refunds or replacements will only be processed if the issue is reported within the stipulated time frame (see Section 3).
2. Eligibility for Returns or Refunds
A return or refund may be considered only in the following cases:
Products received are damaged or leaking during transit.
Products do not match the order specifications (wrong product or incorrect quantity).
Products are found to be contaminated or defective, subject to verification.
Note: Natural variations in fragrance, color, or viscosity of oils are expected due to seasonal harvests and do not qualify as defects.
3. Reporting Time Frame
For domestic retail orders (India): Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
For international retail or B2B orders: Issues must be reported within 7 business days of delivery.
All claims must be supported by clear photographs, unboxing videos (if possible), and order details.
4. Process for Returns & Refunds
4.1. To initiate a return or refund request, please contact us at [Insert Official Email] with your order ID, proof of issue, and supporting documents.
4.2. Once your claim is verified, we will guide you on the return process or issue a replacement/refund.
4.3. Refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment within 7–14 business days, depending on banking channels.
4.4. For exports, due to customs and logistics restrictions, replacements may be offered instead of returns.
5. Non-Refundable / Non-Returnable Items
Opened or partially used products
Customized or private-labeled products
Bulk or wholesale orders (unless defective or damaged)
Products damaged due to improper storage or handling by the buyer
Sample kits (non-refundable, unless damaged on delivery)
6. Shipping Costs
6.1. Return shipping costs shall be borne by the Client, unless the return is due to an error on our part (wrong product shipped or verified defect).
6.2. For international returns, customs duties, taxes, and clearance charges are non-refundable.
7. B2B and Export Orders
7.1. For wholesale and export clients, returns and refunds will only be accepted in cases of verified quality concerns or discrepancies.
7.2. Claims must be supported by an independent laboratory test or inspection report, if required.
7.3. The Company’s liability is limited to the invoice value of goods supplied, and excludes consequential or indirect losses.
